This module enables you to develop the future of maintenance in your factory!
To enable failure-free and resilient production systems, industry and academia jointly developed the concept of Smart Maintenance to provide clarity and requirements on maintenance in digitalized manufacturing. Smart Maintenance is defined as “an organizational design for maintenance in digitalized manufacturing” and consists of four core dimensions: data-driven decision-making; human capital resource; internal integration; and external integration. The insights gathered from hundreds of Swedish manufacturing plants have revealed that a high level of Smart Maintenance is necessary (critical, essential) for achieving a high level of maintenance performance!
The module is a mixture of self-study, webinars, and cross-company exercises.
- Industrial practitioners: Managers, Engineers, and Technicians within Maintenance, Reliability, and Production.
